Catering by the Valley will provide you and your guests with exceptional service and piece of mind while maintaining the highest level of integrity, courtesy and professionalism.

We are a full-service catering company and offer a face-to-face meeting at your home or wedding reception location to show you menu plans and pictures of past buffet lines. We have many additional features such as…

  • Uniformed trained servers
  • Family style served fresh salad
  • Fresh baked rolls and honey butter served on each table
  • Complete water service at each table during dinner
  • Complete coffee and tea station set up one hour before dinner
  • Left over food packaged up and given to family
  • Cutting and serving of wedding cake

We can supply you with a complete hors d’oeuvres station with both hot and cold food items. We have available a self-serve punch station. On our buffet package you will find a wide variety of menu items. Pricing can be done for additional charges on a one-on-one basis. Our chef can make your family favorites if it is not found on the list. Casual family style and plated sit down dinners are available.
